- To understand on Fit out progress & requirement.
- Visit the properties, to monitor the progress of tenants construction & verify on site information needed to expedite tenants design & constructions work in order to ensure that they open as scheduled.
- To familiarize tenants & their contractors with site conditions, fit out & safety rules & regulations before commencement.
- Interface with tenants to review and comment on constructions drawing to ensure clear defination of tenant/landlord work responsibility.
- To work closely with leasing department to ensure timely handover & proccession of retail space.
- Provide store planning & design suggestion to tenants as needed.
- To conduct inspection for all existing tenant to ensure they maintain the shopfront in tip top conditions.

- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Seberang Jaya.
- 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).
