The incumbent will be based in IT Services (Applications) Department. His/her responsibilities include: • Working with end-users to design and document web application requirements • Responsible for the system development lifecycle that includes systems analysis, design, development (coding), testing, training, documentation and maintenance of online portals and web applications • System integration – integration of new projects with current infrastructure • Undertaking research and development in related area • Providing support to users for institution’s information systems |

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent • At least 2 years working experience in web application development and RDBMS • Competent in ASP, PHP programming language, HTML, CSS and SQL • Knowledge in SharePoint Portal Server, MOSS, ASP.NET, C# would be an advantage • A self starter with qualities of a team player yet is able to work independently • Possess strong analytical skill and able to work under pressure • Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English |
