- To monitor and check on Business Unit's accounting / operation reports
- To be responsible for accounting, cash flow and tax related matters for property investment projects, including mixed development projects if required
- To prepare feasibility report for new development projects
- To prepare financial reports for management and board meetings
- To prepare business plan projection
- To advise operational units with analysis for decision support
- Cash flow management, including raising loan capital for new development projects
- Preparation of tax estimate

- Degree in Accounting or other professional degree recognized by MIA
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- Experience in the property industry would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, consolidation and financial management techniques
- Experience in dealing with petty cash collection and cash management
- Able to travel to branches when required
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
