- Responsible for leasing of corporate office space.
- Register and compile enquiries, update information onto leasing database. Follow up with prospective enquiries.
- Collate up-to-date market information and monitor market condition, constantly review competitors’ activities in order to assist in developing leasing strategy.
- Develop and coordinate all advertising materials or related communication activities.
- Executing marketing strategies and campaign.
- Acting and liaison between the real estate agents and clients.
- Building good relationship with tenants.
- Attend to tenant complaints in a professional manner. Ensure complaints are directed to the relevant department for further action. Follow up to ensure problems are resolved.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Property Development or equivilant.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Grade A commercial leasing with sound knowledge of real estate industry.
- Possess good presentation skills, strong communications, good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to think outside the box and be creative.
- Independent, pro-active thinking and result-oriented
