- To be fully responsible over new project in Johor Bahru (Iskandar Medini)
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for respective project
- To achieve the yearly Business Plan target within the minimum time and optimum selling price through an effective sales & marketing system.
- Develop strong product differentiation through market research and benchmarking
- Ability to lead a team to implement marketing and sales strategies effectively
- Ensure all marketing and sales activities are in accordance to Quality Management System (QMS), and create internal and customer awareness of QMS
- Overseeing the sales force to ensure Sales & Marketing target are both achieved

- Degree in Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the marketing of residential, commercial and industrial properties
- Knowledge with regards to property
- Familiar with statutory requirements that related to property development
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills required
- Willing to based in HQ Bandar Sunway (PJ) for 6 months for on job training purposes
