- Conduct feasibility study and retail planning for new shopping malls including trends, concepts and customer behaviours.
- Carry out market data analysis.
- Preparation of leasing kit for prospective tenants.
- To assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when is required.

| |
- Possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/ Marketing/ Mathematic/ Statistic or any related discipline.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills particularly in English
- Required skill(s): Good analytical skills, strong communication and negotiation skills and able to work independently.
- Experience in retail planning will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
