We are seeking suitably qualified, dynamic and self-driven candidates who can effectively contribute to the advancement of our tradition of excellence to join our dynamic team.     Responsibilities   To be responsible for accounting, cash flow and tax related matters for property investment projects, including mixed development projects if required To prepare feasibility report for new development projects To assist in reviewing Sunway Integrated Properties Group consolidated accounts To prepare financial reports for management and board meetings To prepare business plan projection To advise operational units with analysis for decision support Cash flow management, including raising loan capital for new development projects Preparation of tax estimate     Requirements   Degree in Accounting or other professional degree recognized by MIA Minimum 5 years working experience Experience in the property industry would be an added advantage Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, consolidation and financial management techniques Strong communication skills (written and oral) and ability to communicate in Mandarin   INTERESTED?
