  Responsibilities
 
  • Keeps himself informed of all promotion and activities of the Retreat.
  • Incharge and assist the Junior Butler in room service.
  • Supervise Junior Butlers and practical trainees.
  • Assist in setting up tables, pool side set up, juice bar, room service and other service as required.
  • Assumes a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each guest. Consistently provide excellent and friendly services.
  • Responsible for the smooth operations of the F & B Section and to enforce highest service quality standards and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
  • Greets arriving guest in a pleasant manner, making them feel welcome and at ease. Leads guest to the assigned table and address guest by name
  • Handle guest complaint professionally
  • Assist in guest request (in the aspect of F&B, front office and butler service)
  
  Requirements
 
  • A minimum of either SPM / Diploma in Hotel Management or any related discipline.
  • At least two years experience in the same / similar industry.
  • Basic knowledge in regrads to the usage of Micros System.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to converse and write in any foreign language will be an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player.
  • Must be dynamic, self motivated and willing to work long hours.
  • Must be able to perform shift duty
