- Explain to guest all the SPA treatment packages that are available.
- Schedulling the SPA treatment and assigning therapist for treatment.
- Answering telephone calls in a polite manner.
- Provide assistant in daily SPA operation.
- Ensure cleanliness of the reception area is maintain at all time.
- Greets arriving guest in a pleasant manner, making them feel welcome and at ease.
- Handle guest complaint professionally

- A minimum of either SPM / Diploma in Hotel Management or any related discipline.
- Basic knowledge in regards to the usage of CSS System.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to converse and write in any foreign language will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player.
- Must be dynamic and self motivated.
- Must be able to perform shift duty.
