The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat is a group of Sunway International Hotels & Resorts.     Responsibilities   Greeting and welcoming guests and conduct beauty treatments and spa treatments Check registration/consultation form and feedback to guests Maintain all treatment rooms and preparation rooms according to standards and tasks lists’. Maintain stock and cleanliness of treatment rooms and storage areas Inventories and requests ordering of professional products and supplies Assist spa attendants with serving guest food/beverages from relaxation lounge Input guest registration form into spa software system after treatment and keep all details confidential Filling of guest registration forms Ensure spa treatments and timings are kept to protocol Provide guests with home care recommendations, product suggestions and recommendations     Requirements   At least 1 year spa therapist experience CIDESCO/SIBTEC qualified Must be willing to work flexible hours Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels Team player High English Proficiency Proficiency in other languages beneficial   INTERESTED?
