  Responsibilities
 
  • You will be responsible for the effective and efficient operations of guest relations, ticketing and reception functions of the park whilst ensuring delivery of exceptional services to our guests.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Preferred language(s): Arabic, Chinese
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Ability to put internal control in place and ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Possess good leadership qualities, efficient and effective in supervision, computer literate
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent. Job role in Ticketing or equivalent.
  • 1 Full-Time positions available.
