  Sunway E-Systems sell, distribute and support product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions which include domain and industry specific solutions that assist our customers in managing their products and related data throughout the stages of its product lifecycle. We are the Regional Distributor and resellers for established PLM software products and services in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.

We seek to recruit a suitably qualified and dynamic individual to join our team in the following position:
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Perfomance Evaluation/Review, Training & Developement and Employee Relations.
  • Handle recruitment exercises and conduct new employees induction programs.
  • Co-ordinate recruitment activities including advertising, interview and selection process and ensure that the company has the right amount of capable manpower to carry out its short and long term objectives.
  • Well-versed with Labour Laws, Industrial Relations Law and practises, EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, Government Authorities and legal implications.
  • Co-ordinate and administer the annual training plans and activities in achieving the company's business objective.
  • To assist in managing staff discipline issue and handle staff grievances and provide counseling.
  • To assist in implementation and enforcement of human resources policies and procedures.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Excel, Microsoft.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Preferred language(s): Chinese.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or Organizational Development/Change Management.
