- Conduct market research, prepare Product and Design Brief, organize design concept pitching and review design until acceptance of final design within the defined timeframe
- Create and develop minimum 3 innovation for each project
- Achieve the required profit margin and yield for each project
- Carry out design pitching to get the best design concept
- Coordinate with consultant architects and review their design plan to ensure the final design met the intended Product and Design Brief and within timeline;
- Improve existing products by enhancing its value to customers
- Conduct research, survey, study and brainstorming to understand latest design trend and customer future needs
- Analysis on Market Trends, Industry Movement, Product Innocativeness & Customer expectations
- Work with relevant Marketing Representatives to gather information on competitors

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in architectural firm as design or assistant architect
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
