Sunway Carnival Shopping Mall, a member of Sunway Group is currently looking for suitably qualified and dynamic candidates for:

| |
- Job responsibilities for a procurement assistant include maintaining contracts with vendors; reviewing inventory; initiating and keeping track of orders; receiving, inspecting and distributing orders; filling out damage claims and return orders; keeping daily records; and working with accounts payable to pay vendors.
- Report to Procurement Executive about the job progress.
- Daily - Required to prepare and issue Purchase order to end user’s request, to follow-up on goods received or returned to suppliers and to close order upon completion of the job.
- Follow up with invoices or quotations and call for negotiation of price.
- Contact suppliers to collect cheque after receive cheque from Headquarter.
- Weekly - Submit or courier invoices to Headquarter with key in DDL Submission Sheet.
- Monthly - Key-in statement sheet and submit to Headquarter for filing.

- Minimum qualification SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Purchasing or equivalent.
