For our newly expanded facilities, we are seeking suitably qualified candidates to be part of our dynamic team in the following role :-
 
  Responsibilities
 
  • Prepare monthly payment for Consultants' fees. Ensure that these payment are made in timely and accurate manner.
  • Administer Consultants' medical claims in accordance to Company's standard operating procedures.
  • Book in payment transactions in General Ledger and execute timely reconciliation of the accounts.
  • Handle Petty Cash claims and reimbursement.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Possess a Diploma in Accounts from a recognized institution.
  • Has at least 4 years hands-on working experience in Accounts or handling petty cash payment using computerized accunting system.
  • Meticulous, accurate in work and able to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
  • Highly motivated, helpful and results oriented.
  • Able to multi-task, work independently and meet tight deadlines.
