  Responsibilities
 
  • Project Implementation – To carry out implementation activities according to project documents or implementation methodology.
  • ERP Product Knowledge – To acquire a minimum of two suites of product knowledge.
  • ERP Technical Skill – To acquire configuration and report writing for data analysis and troubleshooting use.
  • Customer Service Satisfaction – To ensure quality work delivered and maintains professionalism at all time.
  • Knowledge Management - to undertake role as a 'point person' as designated by the Head-experts in various technically specialized field and share expertise across the team.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Business Computing/ IT / Financial or equivalent.
  • Candidate must have at least 3 years in CRM and/or ERP implementation.
  • Candidate who possess experience in managing projects related to manafacturing industry would have added advantage
  • Ability to implement project independently and interact with customer at all levels.
  • Ability to convince customer with the proposed solution and sign-off project independently.
  • Fast learner with the ability to work in a team at highly pressure environment is preferred.
  • Candidate must be prepared to travel for outstations assignments.
