  • General office administration and correspondence
  • Assist in preparing business related documentations
  • Handle upkeeping of notice board, ensure memo, circular and notice are received promptly, as well as coordinate with headquarters for updated memo, circular and notice
  • Upkeep and maintain all documentation in department/project as and where required, follow up and/or submit necessary inter-department requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Exposure in data entry, filing and control of all documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administration
  • Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to converse in English
