  Responsibilities
 
  • Effectively ensure that the Company’s Training Policies and Guidelines are observed
  • Effectively assist in conducting staff training needs analysis & formulation of Annual Training Plan
  • Effectively monitor the implementation of Annual Training Plan and liaise with trainers on selection of trainees
  • Effectively evaluate training proposals, trainers’ profiles and effectiveness of training conducted from time to time
  • Accurately process training applications/nominations for approval by Training Committee from time to time
  • Prepare payment with regards to training activities accurately and timely
  • Effectively coordinate training arrangements jointly with trainers and relevant parties
  • Effectively coordinate the Company’s Orientation and Induction Programme (OIP)
  • Assist to update relevant reports status, budget of Training, on quarterly basis
  • Provide administrative support on talent development programmes from time to time
 
  Requirements
 
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource, Psychology or relevant disciplines
  • Min 3 years experience preferably in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Mature, resourceful and independent
