Today, we are recognized as one of the preferred end-to-end IT solutions provider     Responsibilities   Work with prospects / customers and solution design / solution architect / pre-sales team to ensure project scope of work meeting prospects' / customers' expectations and requirements in our proposals. Work with sales team to address prospects' / customers' concerns in deliverables and scope of work of project management and project implementation. Tighten the project management processes in the PMO to ensure all projects are implemented smoothly and complete within deadlines and cost. Proper resource allocation and job assignment to ensure minimum project cost and cost within project budget, and yet meeting project objectives and deliverable. Manage projects to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting customer expectations during project roll out. Manage projects within project scope of work, handle change and variation orders. Deal with external parties, such as product principals, distributors, contractors, partners, and associates in projects and ensure satisfaction of all parties. Work with Service Delivery manager to ensure proper resource utilization for projects. Provide guidance to other project managers in PMO to deliver satisfactory customer service and project management. Manage project milestones and sign off to ensure job completion within project timeline, timely project billing and no AR issues. Meets KPI's. Learn and pick up knowledge on new products / solutions as and when required by the change of company solution focus.     Requirements   Minimum degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology or Business Management Minimum 2 years hands on experience in Project Management in system integration solutions with track records in managing projects with minimum mixture of 3 products in a project, and projects values not less than RM300k Minimum 4 years working experience in IT under SYSTEM INTEGRATION environment Excellent in written and spoken English Knowledge in infrastructure virtualization technology and data backup / restore / archiving solution is an added advantage   INTERESTED?
