- To develop core technical skills in Microsoft, VMware, Citrix and Symantec solutions.
- Responsible in deploying Microsoft, VMware, Citrix and Symantec solutions at customer site.
- Provide implementation and hotline support for Microsoft, VMware, Citrix & Symantec solutions
- Provide proper and quality documentation in all projects and hotline supports.

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in IT/Computer Science or any other IT-related certification.
- Minimum 2 years of working experiences
- Highly motivated, target-orientated and possess a positive attitude.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Able to work independently.
- Required to standby on a 24x7 basis
