- Work closely with Sales Team to collectively instill confidence by listening attentively to customer needs and providing the most effective and convincing solutions in the most acceptable and presentable manner.
- Through self learning or scheduled training classes, you are expected to acquire in-depth knowledge of the relevant software applications. The knowledge can be acquired module by module or sub-module by sub-module progressively over a period of time. Priorities should be set based on market demands.
- Attract, recruit and manage presales consultants.
- To conduct requirement studies, document and to assist sales person when necessary, to compete responses to RFI, RPF and RFQ.
- To conduct product demonstration to the identified audience.
- Review, re-design, present, recommend and obtain collective buy-ins or user acceptance of the presented solutions to increase our winning chances.
- Seek alternative solutions (including 3rd party solutions), a work-around or obtain additional budget for customization to meet unique requirements that could not be met by the standard software applications.
- Work with Post-Sales team to understand and acquire knowledge to engage in estimating man-days required for standard product implementations and customizations.

- Must have excellent presentation skill.
- The ideal candidate must have a university degree/college diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Hands on working experience in any ERP applications are required for this position.
- A strong understanding of Accounting Solutions, Business Solutions, E-Commerce, ERP or CRM in a sales capacity is essential.
- The candidate must be able to effectively communicate English with internal and external clients through all available mediums.
- Creative, analytical, positive, meticulous and good listening skill.
- To maintain a good team player
