  Responsibilities
 
  • Review and monitoring of subsidiaries' compliance to Group Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Roll-out of Standard Operating Procedures to subsidiaries.
  • Review and compilation of Group monthly management report (include presentation slides and analysis).
  • Review and analysis of subsidiaries monthly management report.
  • Provide timely, accurate and informative management reporting for management review.
  • To assist in preparation of yearly Group Financial Budgets and Business Plan (include presentation slides and analysis).
  • To review subsidiaries annual Statutory Audited Accounts.
  • Providing information to Group Finance, as and when required.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting / ACCA / CIMA or any other related professional qualification.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Analytical, meticulous & possess eye for details.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
