  Responsibilities
 
The incumbent reports to the Manager, Student Recruitment. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to visitors to the reception counter, in particular, to prospective students and their families. The incumbent must respond effectively to ail course enquiry calls. They must be knowledgeable in the general aspects of Monash University, including courses and course entry requirements.
 
  Requirements
 
Qualification:
  • A relevant certificate/ diploma qualification.

    Experience:
  • At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the service industry.

    Skills:
  • Good command of English language.
  • Demonstrated customer service and a commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Self motivation and demonstrate ability to work independently with limited supervision together with proven capacity to set priorities and perform well under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively in a learn environment.
  • Minimum entry level of computer skills.
  •
