In line with our company expansion in Bandar Sunway and Kuala Lumpur, we are seeking for suitable qualified candidates to fill the following position:
 
  Responsibilities
 
  • To monitor and ensure all debts are collected within the agreed terms and credit limits given to customers.
  • To follow up closely with customers on debts collections.
  • Timely preparing of debtors statement, collections and ageing report.
  • Ensure that monthly statement sent out in time to the respective customers.
  • Assist in ensuring all reconciliation items are cleared, this also include clearing of reconciliation items between ageing report and debtors balance.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary qualification (SPM/STPM) or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience with exposure in Basic Accounting/Book-keeping, Payment processing or equivalent.
