- Identify and verify company's requirements / product specifications.
- Source required products both locally and overseas.
- Conduct discussion with suppliers to confirm product specifications and negotiate price, delivery and any other terms and conditions, which may be required.
- Prepare price and cost analysis.
- Plan and schedule procurement and delivery according to order requirement, which includes preparing purchase order, delivery order, and any other documents necessary for import clearance with the relevant authority.

- Degree/Diploma in relevant discipline or a professional qualification in purchasing / business administration or economics.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be resourceful with strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
