Sunway GIZA, a member of the Sunway Group, is looking for suitably qualified and dynamic personnel to be part of our shopping centre.
|
|
| |
- Attend to telephone enquiries, arranges for outgoing mail and courier.
- Sourcing, purchases and liaises with suppliers for the delivery of office equipment and furniture.
- Responsible for the upkeep of office facilities and equipment.
- Coordinates all deposits, rent and utilities for the staff apartments are collected or paid on time, where applicable.
- Ensure the leasing & marketing documentation are in compliance to SOP
- Maintains the filing and retrieval system for all documents.
- Prepare, produce and compile reports.

- Possess at least SPM qualification or its equivalent
- Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Prior experience in clerical and administration works is an added advantage
- Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
- Required skill(s): Teamwork, administrative and organizational skills.
- Contract position is available (to be considered as permanent is suitable).
