  Sunway GIZA, a member of the Sunway Group, is looking for suitably qualified and dynamic personnel to be part of our shopping centre.

 
  Responsibilities
 
  • Attend to telephone enquiries, arranges for outgoing mail and courier.
  • Sourcing, purchases and liaises with suppliers for the delivery of office equipment and furniture.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of office facilities and equipment.
  • Coordinates all deposits, rent and utilities for the staff apartments are collected or paid on time, where applicable.
  • Ensure the leasing & marketing documentation are in compliance to SOP
  • Maintains the filing and retrieval system for all documents.
  • Prepare, produce and compile reports.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Possess at least SPM qualification or its equivalent
  • Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Prior experience in clerical and administration works is an added advantage
  • Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Required skill(s): Teamwork, administrative and organizational skills.
  • Contract position is available (to be considered as permanent is suitable).
