  Responsibilities
 
  • To collect and compile sales report from tenants within the timeframe and updated to the system on time.
  • To ensure that billings, reminders, termination and documentation are carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement.
  • To ensure that all data in the Account Receivable system is accurate and close account on a timely basis during month end.
  • To prepare and check the month-end reports, sales reports and variance reports for management review.
  • To handle reconciliation of accounts with Finance department and tenants.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Accounting or any related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Credit Control job.
  • Required skill(s): Analytical, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work under challenging working environment
