  Responsibilities
 
  • Plan and coordinate market studies.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of industry.
  • Carry out feasibility studies.
  • Determine potential, viability and profitability of new business ventures.
  • Conduct Cost and Profit Analysis.
  • Prepare business plan projection.
  • Advise centre management division with analysis for decision support.
  • Cash flow management, including raising loan capital for new shopping mall development projects
 
  Requirements
 
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of work experience in related capacity.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Preferably those with costing experience and accounting background.
