  Responsibilities
 
  • To carry out periodically audit at tenant’s outlet to ensure the hygiene and safety standard is in line with the management’s level.
  • To provide administrative support to the Manager of the department.
  • To maintain effective communication (i.e. memos, email, meetings) with tenants to achieve operation excellence.
  • To maintain the current database of tenant’s historical data. (Data entry and maintenance)
  • To take ownership of task assigned and propose solutions to issues encountered.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management/Architecture/Civil Engineeing/Science & Technology or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 year of relevant working experience preferably those with experience in shopping centre or service-oriented industry. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Literate in computer applications (MS Excel and Office)
  • Required skill(s): Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work individually will be an added advantage.
  • Preferred skill(s): Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
