  • To plan and implement sales strategies.
  • To initiate and solicit sales of rooms and other hotel services.
  • To maintain and follow up on clients account.
  • To work collaboratively with other departments in the hotel.
  • To prepare monthly sales report.
  • To conduct on-going competitors analysis.
  • To ensure revenue target is achieved.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the hospitality industry with proven sales track record.
  • Degree in business, marketing, journalism or related discipline is preferred.
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent leadership qualities.
  • Able to handle pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Capable of creating and implementing sales strategies that will ensure achievement of set goals and targets.
  • Self-starter with good organization, methodical and multitasking skills with the passion to deliver quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Possess strong analytical and financial skills with strategic business acumen.
  • Able to handle both Rooms and Catering functions.
  • Pleasant personality and immaculately groomed.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Possess own transportation.
