  Responsibilities
 
  • Counting & verify cash, floats money and arrange bank-in.
  • Checking prepaid ticket collection and arrange bank-in.
  • Prepare collection form.
  • To be responsible for money received and returned.
  • Daily cash reconciliation.
  • Prepare billing and collection summary.
  • Making call and visit to tenants on billings and payments related matters.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
  • Other admin matters, ie filing, arrange courier, prepare correspondence to tenants.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Possess at least SPM/STPM qualification.
  • Literate in computer applications (MS Excel, MS Word and Office).
  • Good in speaking and written in English.
  • 1 Temporary position(s) available.
