- Record and ensure proper filing for quick retrieval of documents and correspondences
- Perform photocopying and faxing functions
- Typing correspondence, fax and prepare month reports and minutes of meeting if required
- Arranging for meetings both in-house and external for the SPFM's managers
- Process and record all purchasing requisition, PO, invoices
- Control and management of office supplies, beverages and equipments

- At least a SPM holder or fresh graduates
- Computer literate
- Pleasant personality
- Required additional language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage
