  Responsibilities
 
  • Record and ensure proper filing for quick retrieval of documents and correspondences
  • Perform photocopying and faxing functions
  • Typing correspondence, fax and prepare month reports and minutes of meeting if required
  • Arranging for meetings both in-house and external for the SPFM's managers
  • Process and record all purchasing requisition, PO, invoices
  • Control and management of office supplies, beverages and equipments
 
  Requirements
 
  • At least a SPM holder or fresh graduates
  • Computer literate
  • Pleasant personality
  • Required additional language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage
