- Study user request and scope system requirement.
- Design, analyze, and develop system application using RPG(III, IV), CL, and SQL400.
- Understand the system and provide user support.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and user training.
- Develop application in accordance with system life cycle.

| |
- 1-3 years of RPG (III, IV) and CL application support/development experience on an IBM AS/400 using the relevant application development tools.
- Familiarity with EDI, C++, and/or Java a plus.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes a plus.
- Knowledge of Payroll, Leasing, and/or ERP system a plus.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Must be willing to learn new products and new technical skills set (JD Edwards development tools and/or Ruby on Rails).
