  Responsibilities
 
  • Manage the Housekeeping department
  • Overall responsibility for the cleanliness of assigned areas of the hotel.
  • Ensure that all standard of procedure and guidelines are in compliance with Company's policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the Housekeeping operations are run smoothly and effectively
  • To carry out manpower planning and training for the housekeeping staff.
  • Purchase, storage ,inventory and control of housekeeping related items & records.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong capability to set high performance standards and deadlines.
  • A team player with good management and interpersonal skills.
  • 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
