  Responsibilities
 
  • Prepare inventory analysis report to assist on daily inventory planning process.
  • Generate weekly and monthly inventory report for management review.
  • Assist in day-to-day inventory function and ensure data are updated into the system accurately in compliance with the established guidelines.
  • Perform filling & documentation.
  • Other duties when assigned by the management.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM or higher.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Good spoken and written English. Able to read and write in Chinese is an added advantage as this post requires constant communication with overseas suppliers.
  • Must be Computer Literate, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Pleasant personality with positive working attitude.
  • Independent with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to start work immediately.
