  Responsibilities
 
  • To handle sales coordination and administration.
  • To assist sales person on sales inquires and quotations.
  • To liaise & maintain good customer/supplier relationship.
  • Prepare letters, memos, reports and etc.
  • Attending to telephone calls and faxing of documents.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Computer literate.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Able to communicate in English and Chinese dialects especially in Hokkien.
