  Company Introduction
  Sunway-TES was incorporated in 1994 as a subsidiary of Sunway Education Group to run the internationally-renowned professional accounting programmes i.e. Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Accounting Technician (CAT), Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB), and Master Level programmes such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
  • The successful candidate will be based in Sunway TES.
  • Contribute to Sunway-TES’s overall strategic planning and decision-making process to support achievement of the organisational goals and objective
  • Ensure effective and efficient delivery of the CFAB and ICAEW programmes
  • Correlate and liaise with Manager in charge of timetable or lecturers regarding timetables, additional and replacement classes, lecture plans, teaching materials and student’s feedbacks on the programme
  • Monitor students’ class attendance, internal assessment results, registration and conduct of the final examinations, fee arrears of CFAB and ICAEW students
  • Organise, schedule, manage and report writing for meetings on all aspects of the projects relating to the offering of CFAB, ICAEW or proposed programmes
  • Assist the Director and Management staff in the writing and development of new documents (e.g., the development of business proposals and submission seeking approval, accreditation and / or renewal from Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), professional bodies and University)
  • Work closely with operations team to ensure student services process from course application until programme completion to graduation, as well as to ensure the accuracy of student records data maintained in respect to the offering of the CFAB and ICAEW programmes
  • Work closely with Marketing team to ensure websites, programme handbook, brochures, fees structures, forms and related materials are up-to-date, in addition with ICAEW Malaysia and UK in planning, developing and promoting the CFAB and ICAEW programmes, particularly participate, where appropriate, in programme promotions activities locally and internationally
  • Work closely with Manager – Employer Relations to support corporate clients and students for all matters in regards to classes and exams
  • Possess a degree in any discipline
  • At least 5 years of working experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to lead and interact with people at all levels
  • Able to work under pressure and result and achievement oriented
  • A self-starter with strong analytical, planning, organising, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
