  Responsibilities
 
  • Establishes best practices for Marketing Communication to ensure effectiveness and excellence in service.
  • Constantly monitoring trends in Marketing Communications for applicability.
  • Monitor the quality of all marketing works and ensure all marketing procedures are followed
  • Manages the department’s staff force
  • Establish strong relationship or networking with tenants/business partners
  • Monitor progress of all marketing communication works against milestones or deadlines
  • Establish strong relationship/ networking with media.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity.
  • Competent in branding, publicity, and digital and online communications technologies.
  • Articulate, ability to analyse marketing and communication issues and address the issues tactfully.
