  • Developing and presenting online marketing strategies and plans based on a strategic understanding of the Hotel, its marketing strategy, products, services and target audiences.
  • Proposing and building successful online marketing programmes, combining hospitality expertise, innovative internet marketing techniques and an emphasis on return on investment.
  • Managing and overseeing the annual planning process by defining the project approach and controlling production timelines.
  • Building and maintaining strong collaboration with the web agency, Marketing team and other respective parties to yield new ideas/innovative ways to strengthen the Hotel’s branding, corporate image and presence in the market, by developing and implementing online marketing efforts.
  • Overseeing and closely evaluating the execution of online marketing campaigns, website content and digital strategies for the Hotel brand to drive revenue and market share, build brand loyalty with existing audiences, and cultivate new/emerging market segments.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Degree in IT, Business, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 3 years prior experience in digital media or interactive/online agency or similar capacity is required.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyse website performance data (financial, statistical and/or performance), translate complex data into meaningful information and make strong recommendations.
  • Strong passion and open mind to explore new technologies, enjoy researching and proposing out of the box ideas, working creatively and implementing innovative solutions to support and/or drive in business.
  • Solid grounding and fundamentals of web and online marketing best practices and social media.
  • Fluent in various Web Content Management Systems.
  • Strong ability to review and assess web content for consistent brand attributes.
