  • Plan, manage, monitor and engage social media database based on Social CRM strategy, ensuring that objectives set are met
  • Work with all stakeholders across the company to enquire information for content planning
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities on all adopted social media channels, this includes monitoring and responding to guest reviews on various travel sites.
  • To consolidate all feedback and engagement for future marketing insight
  • To develop social CRM based campaigns, execute it with efficiency and determine brand advocates as and when possible.
  • Monitor competitor’s social engagement channels for effective benchmarking and measuring impact of social CRM programmes.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, up-and-coming social media trends and social media best practises, especially related to the travel and hotel industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media channels/platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Flickr, Wikipedia, Digg) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
  • Able to write and engage social CRM database – Blog writing, Facebook posting and more
  • Strong written and communication in English. Written and verbal communication in Chinese and Malay is a plus.
  • Able to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
  • Knowledge in Search Engine Optimization, Public Relations, Marketing and Advertising is a plus
