  Responsibilities
 
  • Coordinates the overall Employee Relations activities in the organization which includes staff cafeteria, locker areas, leisure corner, rest rooms, apartments, staff communications – notice board, employee portal, employee facebook page, employee recognition programs, employee birthday celebrations, employee festival celebrations and employee communications sessions or staff dialogue.
  • Pro-actively performs daily, weekly, monthly inspections on all employee relations areas to ensure identifying of defects or concerns and to further liaison with parties involved for a solution and closures on concerns.
  • Coordinates the processing of vouchers for employees as per benefits policies.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/ HR Management / Other related qualifications from a recognized institution.
  • Passionate for Employee Relations and Employee Services.
  • Excellent administrative skills and follow ups.
  • Added advantage for those with prior experience and are able to start immediately.
  • Strong written and verbal communications in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Excellent Team Orientation and Team Spirit.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Excel, Power Point.
