  Responsibilities
 
  • Accounts Payable
  • Entire AP Section including key in AP invoices;
  • Bank reconciliation, Creditor reconciliation, Fixed asset tabulation
  • Prepare payment, Demand draft, Bank guarantee;
  • Update cash book;
  • AP adjustment and closing;
  • Assist in day to day operation of the Accounts department;
  • Any other ad hoc duties will be assigned from time to time;
  
  Requirements
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent;
  • Computer literate (strong in Microsoft Excel);
  • Knowledge of JDE system would be an added advantage;
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin;
  • Good attitude and responsible;
  • Hard working and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
