• The successful candidate will be based in the Centre for Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Management, Sunway University Business School

• Set up the web attendance for subject lecturers
• Responsible for distribution and collection of correspondence to and from other Admin Offices
• Liaise with Training Restaurant on lunch reservations
• Assist in new student orientation and issuance of student card, uniform and knife set
• Assist with course evaluation – distribution, processing and compiling evaluation forms
• Assist Head Chef in requisition and purchase of food and beverage ingredients, uniforms, utensils and etc
• Oversee the booking / maintenance / repairs of facilities at the School and to liaise with Facilities and Maintenance Department
• Manage students’ locker

• Possess a Diploma in any field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Good interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communications skills
• Meticulous and possess high degree of integrity, with ability to meet deadlines
• Positive working attitude and able to work independently as well as in a team
