We are now seeking expressions of interest and applications from suitably qualified, dynamic and self-driven candidates who can effectively contribute to the advancement of our tradition of excellence.     Responsibilities   The successful candidate will be based in the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST). His / her responsibilities include: Providing timely and accurate advice to potential and current undergraduate and postgraduate students on a range of matters in relation to admissions, pre-enrolment, enrolment, scholarship applications, changes to candidature, completion and graduation, and University candidature regulations and processes Planning, scheduling and coordinating all major events and administration for undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes Preparing, compiling and collating documentation and reports as required to comply with standards imposed by the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE), Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), and other relevant authorities and external parties at the undergraduate and postgraduate level Developing quality administration systems, processes and activities to support the research activities of the Faculty     Requirements   Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in any field At least 2 years of working experience in the education industry, preferably in a similar capacity Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications A self-starter with qualities of a team player and good work ethic, yet is able to work independently   INTERESTED?
