- Assumes a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each guest. Consistently provide excellent and friendly services.
- Responsible for the smooth operations of the F & B Section and to enforce highest service quality standards and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
- Greets arriving guest in a pleasant manner, making them feel welcome and at ease. Leads guest to the assigned table and address guest by name
- Handle guest complaint professionally
- Assist in guest request (in the aspect of F&B, front office and butler service)

- Preferably with a Certificate/Diploma in a Hotel Management or related discipline
- Must be well groomed, presentable and with a pleasant personality
- Minimum 1 year related working experience in the Hospitality or Service Industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player.
- Must be dynamic, self motivated and willing to work long hours.
- Excellent command of English
- Must be able to perform shift duty
