- Responsible in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the Stewarding department’s day-to-day operations.
- Ensure cooking items and serving trays are clean and ready to be used.
- Maintain the cleanliness of Kitchen and staff cafeteria.
- Responsible in selecting the correct cleaning agents, maintaining the washing quality of chinaware, glassware, chaffing dishes, equipments, silverware as well as monitoring the efficiency of kitchen cleaning and garbage disposal.
- Responsible in the cleaning processes, stock control and ensuring the health & safety regulations in all Food & Beverage areas, kitchen and equipments are constantly maintained.
- Responsible in controlling the supply and movements of chinaware, glassware, silverware and other equipments controlled by the Stewarding department and also the planning, organization and execution of the inventory count.

- Minimum of Diploma in Health & Safety or any other related discipline is preferred.
- Preferably candidate with a SPM qualification.
- No prior experience is required for this role as training will be provided.
- Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Any other languages will be an added advantage.
- Self-starter with good organization, methodical and multitasking skills with the passion to deliver quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
- To effectively use results-driven approach, have a hands-on mentality, communicate to all levels, have a strong sense of urgency, ability to think and act strategically in a rapidly changing environment and manage ambiguity.
