  Company Introduction
A primary point of contact between the agency and the client, he/she will be assisting and working hand in hand with the brand management team on assigned advertising campaigns, He/she is to ensure that the assigned jobs are produced meticulously and efficiently. Main work activities are as follow:

  • Liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
  • Presenting, alongside agency colleagues, the campaign ideas to the client.
  • Working with the team to brief the media, the creative, the production.
    (internal or 3rd party) and assisting with the formulation of advertising or creative strategies.
  • Acting as the link between the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both parties, ensuring effective communication.
  • Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification.
  • Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and other required work-in-progress tasks.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Arranging and attending meetings.
  • A team player in ensuring that the relevant preparations are prepared
    efficiently, such as for presentation purpose and/or other relevant job tasks involved.
  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations or equivalent.
  • Passion driven with a minimum of 1-2 year experience in the advertising, marketing communications or related industries.
  • Good command in English.
  • A team player.
  • Organized with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Pleasant and professional disposition.
