  Company Introduction
  • Create, define and communicate overall creative visions/directions to the team members.
  • Provide value added input or ideas when working on pitches and on-going projects with the servicing or strategy team.
  • Be accountable for the overall concept, design and copy quality of all projects.
  • Conceptualize as well as execute creative materials when needed.
  • Actively participate in client presentations; both in discovery meetings, as well as the presentation of finished creative strategies and executions.
  • Lead projects, critique work and approve final design executions.
  • Manage, mentor and inspire creative and production team to strive for excellence in the work they produce.
  • Set and maintain creative standards for the department and enforce accountability when standards are not met.
  • Challenge and introduce new methods of creative execution.
  • Ensure deadlines are met both internally and externally.
  • Maintain and encourage a positive creative culture.
  • Work with leadership attributes to improve processes and tools to advance quality & efficiency.
  • Strategic when identifying project deliverables, support the project goals, support the business goals and determine design plan.
  • Passion driven with a minimum of 8 years experience as a Head of Creative / Senior Art Director in the advertising industry.
  • With graphic design and idea generation skills.
  • Good command in English.
  • Team player.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
