  Company Introduction
  Sunway E-Systems sell, distribute and support product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions which include domain and industry specific solutions that assist our customers in managing their products and related data throughout the stages of its product lifecycle. We are the Regional Distributor and resellers for established PLM software products and services in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.

We seek to recruit a suitably qualified and dynamic individual to join our team in the following position:
  • Developing and implementing plans to capture business opportunities.
  • Responsible for locating and developing new accounts and maintaining existing customer relationships
  • Provide Tier 1 support to end users. Provide troubleshooting and technical support onsite, via phone, web based tools and email. Advise customers regarding the product's proper use and address specific user issues. During problem escalations, act as a liaison between customers.
  • Tier 2 supports. Candidate will assist the customer base during installations.
  • Helping customers solve technical issues with our product.
  • Answering questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of our product.
  • Communicating customer needs and wishes to our development and engineering staff.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • Over two years’ experience in industrial with engineering field.
  • Able to understand customer business and technical needs and implement company sales strategy by effectively communicating product capabilities, strengths and differentiators through customized demonstrations and written proposals.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems. Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment.
  • Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are required for success.
  • Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.
  • Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
  • Sales support to help resellers and end users select, optimal installation configurations in a complex network environment.
