  • Major role to attend all incoming and outgoing phone calls of the property.
  • Attends various guest enquiries via phone in the communication centre in courteous, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all guests’ enquiries are recorded accurately and cascaded accordingly to the parties involved.
  • Good command in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess professional telephone communications etiquette, understand and practice telephone mannerisms and customer service principles.
  • Positive work attitude, punctual, reliable, responsible & willing to work on shifts as assigned by the division (e.g 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm-7am)
  • Pleasant disposition, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strong team player with the ability to work and blend in a diversified team environment.
  • Ability to understand the products and services knowledge and articulate guest enquiries accurately.
  • Meticulous to details of enquiries and good follow-up skills.
  • Committed to developing a career in the hospitality industry.
